Ask for help from Hello Peter

<div>I did a 1year course at IQ Academy in 2021supose to end in September last year of which it ended.problem revealed when I want my module 6 and 7 results, which were my last modules. They told me I had failed module 1, 6 &7 I told them I want proof because they awarded me with badge for module 1 which is I passed my module1, and why I wasn't told to rewrite if I failed. They rep**** changing the story saying it's module 1 that I have failed.Again I said I want my results, with their last email they told me to pay R1500 as penalty of which I don't why am I penalised.As I was expecting my certificate that dream had been shoved away,IQ Academy refuse to give me my results and certificate.

I write to Hello Peter to ask for help I used my hard earned money to better my future in education but now am stressed instead of having joy</div>
