Angry and frustrated over bad treatment IQ academy gave me

Good day Hope all is well.

I app**** to study through IQ academy. They debit the amount that was required however during process of sending my study materials I lost my job I called even send text via email and Facebook massenger. Stating they should keep study material which they did cause of me no longer working and I won't be able to continue with study and paying my fees.

I use to get calls almost every month were I am telling them I am still not working and I will no longer be interested in study since I am unsure when and how I will get work. They continue calling for good old 3 years where I explained same thing over and over. Cause I was unemployed for good 3-4 years. When I finally found job and wanted to apply for acc. To my surprise I am black listed by IQ academy for what good reason? I don't know. Anyway I went straight to Facebook messenger and had a chat with them. So I was advised I should pay cancelation fee. So I asked the person to take from that money which they debited from me since I didn't study or received any study material and clear my name. I didn't get any help and I am still black listed. So how do I go about this matter. I feel I did everything from my part and they failed me imagine being black listed for something you didn't benefit from or even used there services or received study material
