Aggravated to the core

I previously wrote a review about how they were taking money from my account and ruining my credit score. Shortly after that I received a call from a lady telling me that there will be a once off deduction of R2500 as my debt had received 75% and that the R2500 was for the study material received and that after 8 days, my name will be removed as one of their company listings on the bureau... shockingly, this morning, I woke up to a debicheck of R2500 making it a total of R5000 taken by this so called institution. I want this money reversed and my name removed immediately
