No support

Signed up. Product not what other IPTV providers offer. Support useless. Website says you may ask for a refund within 7 days if unhappy with the product. Support tried to say not possible if they haven't assisted me which is not on the website. Not my fault that they did not assist me. So now we have to get down and dirty and fight for my refund. Not a reputable company. Only assist on WhatsApp. No phone number which is ridiculous. 3 emails sent this morning- no reply!!!! Actually no stars for them.
