Unauthorized Deduction.
I got a call from agent (Curtis) selling me IPS wellness multivitamins. He specifically said that I will not be paying for this, this is a hamper for me to try, once approved by me, if I so wished, then they would start debiting me. He told me I would receive a voucher of R500 to make the purchase. To my surprise, I have been debited 348.00 -WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I have tried calling the help centre numerous times with no answer. Please kindly collect your parcel as I do not want to be paying or using your products.
