Where is my refund
Extremely disappointing service from IPS – Where is my refund? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received from IPS. My account was debited, yet I never received my parcel. After waiting, I decided that I was no longer interested in the order and requested a cancellation. The cancellation process has been an absolute nightmare. You cannot simply speak to someone who can assist you. Instead, you are told to wait for someone to call you. Nobody can transfer your call to the relevant department, leaving you completely helpless. Someone eventually called me last Friday, and I clearly confirmed that I was no longer interested and wanted to cancel my order. Since then, I have been trying to get answers regarding my refund. I have sent emails, but nobody bothers to acknowledge receipt, let alone provide an update on when my money will be reversed. How difficult can it be to communicate with a customer about their own money? It is unacceptable that IPS can debit a customer's account but cannot provide the same urgency when it comes to processing a refund. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to get their money back. I am requesting the following: Written confirmation that my order has been cancelled. Confirmation of when my refund will be processed. A clear timeframe for when I can expect my money back. I hope this complaint gets the attention it deserves because the level of customer service I have experienced is simply unacceptable.

Unauthorized debit order collection, after cancelling my subscription!
I was contacted by one of their sales reps in July. The call was supposedly recorded I clearly expressed that I don't want to renew my subscription after 30 September 2026. The reason I gave them was that I am on a targeted supplement regimen through my Integrated GP. I cannot afford IPS's products and my new supplements. This week, a new debit order went off my bank account that I have not authorized. They can only resolve this within 2-4 working days. Although their products are generally good, this is not benefiting me now. It saddens me that they disregard their clients' wishes and have the right to debit your account without your authorization. IPS Health's marketing practices are forced and suspicious!
