Unauthorized debit order - No goods ordered sold or delivered

Kindly advise what debit order was taken from my personal bank account.

I have not received anything from yourselves. I was told I was going to receive an email. I had to try things that I received as a gift from platinum life. I was going to receive a phone call 10 days after to give feedback.

Kindly note that I require the telephone conversation/recording between myself and the consultant who did not want to take a no for an answer. I CLEARLY said If I decide to take it.

Kindly revert back as a matter of extreme urgency as money was taken from my account without any goods ordered, sold or delivered.

If you require a legal letter I will be glad to furnish yourselves with one on Monday upon my return to office!

None of platinum life's sister companies have done this. I preciously received a gift box from platinum life and it was The Box company. They phoned me after I received it and advised me that that was a gift from platinum life. I was not liable for anything, should I wish to sign to their monthly subscription packages then only a monthly fee would be debited.

A phone call will now be made to Platinum life to cancel my cover with them as customer service is one of the most important things to me. I'm not even a customer!
