Unauthorized contract

I am writing this out of pure and utter frustration.Never in my life have I dealt with a company that believe that they can simply renew "contracts" without customers permission.I have made it quite clear that I do not want any vitamins or any other products,but find that you are simply delivering it as if I simply agreed.. I am now giving you a fair warning either you end the supposed contract that you have with me....
