UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

My last debit for the health products was In April however I was debited twice , they decided on their own to continue debiting from my acc which I never approved, sent them an email requesting a refund and they sent me a voucher for their products. I do not want the voucher I want a refund for the money that was taken from my account without my consent.
