I got a call from agent (Mike) in 2021 selling me IPS wellness multivitamins the cost was R238 for 6months. I specifically told him it was too much and I cannot afford it. He gave me a discount and said I will be paying R178.88 for 6 months. The first 3months my account was debited with the correct amount and they later increased the amount to R238.38. I called them and send an email to cancel in Jan 22 and I never got any communication from them until now in May 2023. They have handed me to debt collectors who are charging me R3 for every sms and email they send to me. This is daylight *******, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH IPS HEALTH

Kindly note that Mike, your personal consultant at the time, explained that you're receiving a 25% discount on your normal payments. These payments are only allowed for 4 months, but we will investigate exactly what was said to you.
Normal payment: R238.50
Discounted amount: R 178.88
We tried calling you more than 5 times again in January 2022, after you contacted our Client Care Department, but we could never get a hold of you.
We will give you a call tomorrow once we receive feedback from the Quality Control department regarding the discussed length of the discounted payments.
