Yep, it's a ****. I should have known. I feel like a fool. I should have known as it is affiliated with Platinum Life whe seem to only associate with ********* *********s.

First I was convinced I could take calmag on my current medication, I argued but was assured. I phoned doctor to confirm and the IPS consultant was wrong. I was also tempted with the free prize scratch card which I knew would be a trick and as expected, it was. Just a voucher to buy from them. I am pretty sure there are no prizes.

Then I get 9 months supply of multivitamin and am charged for 12. The consultant says it is because most people forget to take on weekends so the 9 months is supply should be enough for a year. Has anyone ever heard such nonsense in their like. It is blaeant THEFT!!! I was not told this by sales person when agreed to debit order.

I am waiting for the relevant person to get back to me to resolve, but I will probably have to phone again.

Imagine you join a gym and have to pay for 12 months but they don't let you in for three of those months that you are paying because they say not everyone continues going. So you can pay but you can't go. Same logic. Never have I ever heard something mor ridiculous. DISGUSTING
