money making scheme

when i received my very 1st phone call from IPS i thought let me give them a chance, i received my products that i have been paying. The 1st lady that called me said i could return the products the products anytime. I received another call with more products and from what i understood they will send me sample if im happy they will send me more and i could start paying. i also thought the R300 and something instalment was my new instalment and not a whole new instalment. I requested the box be returned because i never opened it. I never accepted the debi check it just approved itself. I also requested the voice recording of both phone calls. Financially i cant even afford the 2nd instalment but they are not listening and have no pity.
