Leave me alone IPS!
Right. So, previous to going on maternity leave in 2018, I asked to CANCEL anything with IPS. You had sent me stuff. I paid it off, and you didn't bother me until last year when, all of a sudden, I have a package coming my way and I'm back to being debited R299.
Please, understand something. NO TIME IS A GOOD TIME TO CALL ME! You will NEVER have my undivided attention, because I am a mother of three children under the age of 5 years old when I'm at home, and I share my work space with various other people so privacy is not really an option for me.
I was phoned last week again, because of collagen, or something like that. I had this whole sh**** rattled off to me and, in my distracted state I somehow agreed to more of your stuff.
FIRSTLY, don't approach your customers as if you want to tell them about a product , when in actual fact you're just getting their details to ship your stuff off to them.
SECONDLY, don't end the conversation with "ok, we'll debit R299 in March".
So, am I going to be paying R600 for health products?
Do you realise I'm a mother of three that doesn't even earn a double figure salary? Not only can I not afford to be healthy, after three kids your collagen isn't going to repair any of the havoc that's been wreaked on my body.
I don't need to be spewing money towards vitamins and supplements that, essentially could be used toward saving my children from undernourishment and neglect, because then I'd be able to afford food for them and coffee for me.
I'm totally supportive of the fact that you guys are trying to "improve people's lives", but I can't guys. You won't hear me on the phone, hopefully you'll hear me over here.
I CAN'T AFFORD ALL OF THIS.
STOP PHONING ME.
STOP INSISTING I MUST TAKE CARE OF MYSELF!!!! If you want to help me take care of myself, come do some c****s at my house, give my husband and myself a much needed date night, help me revamp my house, buy me groceries. DON'T OFFER ME FLOOGEN FLAGGIN VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS.
So, here's the deal. I will pay for whatever I have in my house: a sh*t load of vitamins that I barely take because I spend more time focusing on getting my child's Ritalin to her on time...don't offer me an alternative to Ritalin, I will smack you through the phone.
Take the collagen off, and please, please, PLEASE stop phoning me. I admire your sales people for not really caring what people say and just rattling stuff off anyway, but I'm the exact sucker they're looking for, because they KNOW they don't have my full attention. EVER!!!!
I can't afford your surprises, or the **** that comes with not wanting to be mean to your telesales people, but I'm done now. This relationship is becoming so abusive it's worthy of Tumblr update.
I do not want any more of your products and, once I'm done with whatever I still owe you for, I'M DONE. Leave me alone. I will die with vrot organs and a boep. It's ok.
I wish all the people who can afford this, all the best in their future with your institution, but I cannot be one of those people.
