Just a money making scheme

IPS Healthy contacted me, initially, I agreed to accept the product but changed my mind after looking at my finances and not be able to afford the monthly premium. After calling them 3 times already no one has gotten back to me about canceling the membership! The product arrived anyway, and the help desk told me I should just refuse the package when it is delivered. They still sent a message saying that I received the product and signed for it. I never signed for the product it was sent back via courier. I have told them several times I can not afford it and they must cancel the subscription but no one gets back to me! This is so poor!
