IPS Will send you pills and deduct money from your account without approval or concent

Watch out for these people. They call you, explain how their product works and ask you random questions which you will probably agree with and at the end they will sign you up and want to transfer you to their payments department. I declined and did not accept anything from my side for them to take money from my account.

If you are a Platinum life customer, they get your banking details from them, so you don't even have to provide them with any detail. It's a simple notification that will come to your phone to approve the transaction. I did not approve any transactions.

2 weeks later I got a box of pills from them. I forgot to call them, my mistake, but at the end of the month when the money was deducted, I called and told them they have to cancel this order as I did not approve. They said they would and collect the pills.

No one came to collect the pills and the next month there was another deduction. I called again and asked them to cancel the order where I was then informed that it was to late for them to pay back my money and I never called them to cancel the first time. Then I asked them to give me proof of the call that I actually did give them the go ahead to deduct money in the first place. They could not supply this proof.

So they are basically taking money from your account without any approval from your side.

Dear Alex, we've received your review.

Kindly note that your cancellation and collection was finalized, but only in May 2023 after you signed up in November 2022.
We've asked our Quality Control Department to investigate if any calls were received before May 2023. If you possibly remember the date you spoke to one of our consultants, that would help the investigation.

Please note that in order to have a final arrangement made, someone would have called you after you spoke to a consultant, and your profile shows no record of this.

If you can provide us with more information, it'll help a great deal.

I tried to work this out with the last consultant I talked to, but they kept giving me the same answer you are giving me now. “Give us proof of your phone call or a date when you called… “ And, as I requested, you are not supplying any proof that I gave concent to deduct money from my account for the pills.

Just the fact that you did that, makes you a shady company and nothing you can say or do will change my mind. Taking money from my account without concent is next level ************* and crossing the line.

Dear Alex, we've been trying to get  in touch with you, but unfortunately to no avail.
Please note that we've investigated the matter thoroughly.
We've checked all available calls on our side, and we even checked your details with our Network Provider, and no where could any of these calls mentioned be found.

Your profile was already cancelled going forward.
