Ips subscription cancelation ****

If i could give them a ZERO i would. I contacted them in May of this year to cancel my membership/subscription. I was told that September would be my final month of payment. Imagine how surprised I was when I got a notification that another batch of pills were being delivered to me and on top of that they debited me in October. I have sent emails after emails and they insist on calling me when i cant have my phone on me during the day. They refuse to accept my email as confirmation that i want to cancel my subscription. They literally make it almost impossible to cancel your membership. With the amount of complaints I have seen here about their cancelation process, somethings needs to be done.
