IPS Health & Wellness are CON ARTISTS AND *****S
My Membership number is ***6. During July 2020 I was contacted by an IPS consultant and as a member i was offered Omega 3 capsules for 6 months . As i was not working then due to lock down I asked her not to send me anything as money was tight . I did have a 6 month deal with then that i was paying off , as it was . On the 5 of October 2020 a courier delivered a package off that I did not sign for myself but our domestic worker signed for. Upon opening it up there was a 3 month prescription for Omega 3. I phoned up the next day and spoke to them saying that I did not want then and wanted then to be send back ( I did as well do this via their porthole). I was contacted and told that they would not send a courier out as there was nothing that they could do with the pills and that I could just have them but will not be debited at all ( invoice No 354523 for R159.00 per month for 3 months). My 6 month of other pills were delivered in July and I have paid them every month until December 2020. (Invoice No 334361 for R 407.00 per month for 6 months). As IPS automatically renew and send out packages I was told to send them an email after the last debit order went off on the 1st of December . On the 2 December 2020 I phoned and inquired if all was settled, as it was . I asked to make sure that nothing was going to be send for the next 6 months .Everything was in order . Today I receive a call saying that because I had cancelled the whole deal( Every 6 months) I am going to be debited an amount of R 316.00 for the Omega 3's that I had. This is not fair as I have stated to them that I was retrenched and I can not afford to carry on with there products . Please help . At this time in my life when I don't make any money and have done the right thing , I cant afford to have this amount taken from my food table.......
