IPS Health is *****ing our money

I am totally appalled with this company. I first ordered vitamins and was very happy. Then an agent phoned trying to sell collagen to me. I told him I cannot afford it and I am not interested. He kept on saying he will only deduct from September even though I made it clear that I am not interested. Beginning September I was billed for the collagen but received no product!!!I tried to cancel and ask for a refund but nobody has rep**** to date. This is *****!
