Terrible company to work for. They lie about the payment structure and your probation period.if you have a normal.job with a basic dont leave it for this .they say probation is 3 months when ots actually only one week that you have tonstudy and train.
Their products arent very useful. There supervisors are rude and unhelpful.
They have a toxic work environment. And there is little to no training offered.
Dont work there dont waste your time.
They say you can make 50k plus per month its not true if you. Make it past the first week youll get 2k thats it.

03 Oct 2023, 12:39Dear Kyle,
First and foremost, I want to emphasize that the quality of our calls and our interactions with clients is of utmost importance at IPS Health & Wellness. This commitment to excellence was communicated to you during the interview process, as well as on your first day of training with our sales department.
You were brought on board with the understanding that you were in a probationary period while undergoing training for your new position. This probationary period is a standard practice that allows us to evaluate your performance and suitability for the role. It's important to note that, before moving on to live client calls, we conduct qualifying calls to ensure that our team members are prepared and capable of delivering the high-quality service we promise to our clients.
Regrettably, during your probationary period, there were a significant number of mistakes and errors on your part in these qualifying calls. This raised concerns about your readiness to handle live client interactions effectively and maintain our quality standards.
As a result of the issues observed during your probationary period, your employment was terminated, as was clearly communicated to you both before and during your training. You were paid on a pro-rata basis for the time you spent in training. It's important to understand that since you did not progress to live sales calls, you were not eligible to receive the usual salary associated with the role.
We hope that you find a position that aligns better with your skills and career aspirations.

03 Oct 2023, 12:49I must reiterate your training was lacklustre
I have been in sales for 8 years.Never in my 8 years has the training process been so rushed. You specifically said 3 months the contract says probation is 3 months.
I was open to learning, there was nothing to learn.
I left a good job to come to your company and waste my time.
