IPS Dishonest and *****s your money BEWARE
I subscribed for female range for a period of 6 months. I've been going through a tough time and today I'm sitting with all my finances and see that the debit order is still deducting from my bank account and this after I told them I'm not renewing it and my pill al long gone done and dusted but I'm still paying for NOTHING. This is THEFT. I will never buy anything from IPS as they are dishonest and *****s your money. Now how long am I going to wait to get my money back and month end is approaching and I assume the 9th debit order will go off.

Kindly note that your 6 month hamper was stretched over 8 months to make it more convenient and affordable - If the products are used Monday-Friday while on this arrangement, it lasts exactly 8 months.
The last time you spoke to your personal consultant (28 Feb 2022) it was confirmed that only the last payments for what you've already received will deduct from your account (March and April 2022) and that your payments are completely stopped thereafter.
No further payments can deduct from your account hereafter.
Please let us know should you have any further questions and feel free to contact us directly in future.
