IPS A ****

This Company is a ******* and mega ****. Gosh its been 6 weeks of hell and stress.... Got a call from a person Chanel, she did not explain in detail the number of months l would have to pay for the stupid collagen (which actually didn't want) when l received the Debi Check from bank l nearly died. Phoned bank straight away to cancel, obviously couldn't get hold of said sales person on the original number. Ended up emailing, got a call from Moda... Told me order cancelled, well the email from her l requested had no such info. Just a ref number which means nothing. After at least 12 emails, probably more. Then suddenly l get multiple Debi checks from the bank, even Saturday and Sunday.... So more time wasting with this lot. Then an sms to say package will be delivered, courier tried to deliver, was not at home. Called the courier man back and told him lam not expecting a package. Lo and behold got another sms to say will deliver in 3 to 5days. Nobody responded to my further emails....... So sick and tired of this so called company....
