I spoke to one of the consultant and she told me about collagen product

I spoke to one of the consultant and she told me about collagen product. I clealy told her was not ready and even declined a debit order instructions and to my surprise this month they deducted an amount from my account without my concern. I went to the bank asking them to reverse the amount and IPS has blocked them from doing that. So please reverse the amount and cancel that debit order as I did not issue a concern to deduct. Thanks
