I paid for their negligence.
I have closed this membership a few months ago, today I get a message I owe them money and if I dont pay up, I will be handed over to the lawyers no where in my exit phone call was a made aware of any money I owe but I am being handed over to lawyers, something has to be done we cant be held liable for moneys that we have no idea off, I was send an invoice where its say I rejected the payments and yet debit orders went off every month, please make sure if you unsubscribe from this company please let them isssue you with a letter. otherwise 4-5 months down the line you find out you owe them money, so its my fault that they were negligent. I owe them R1460.24 of outstanding payments. telling me they have a recording of my agreement, but no one is talking of my exit recording, where no monies owing was mentioned.

Our Quality Control department has reviewed the call from 08-09-2022, and it has been confirmed that during that call, you were informed that there were four remaining payments on the collagen hamper. It appears that this information was communicated to you at that time.

02 Nov 2023, 20:09Good evening , i hear what you are saying you have spoken to me last year i dont have a problem with what you are saying but someone is not doing there work when I cancelled my membership Jun/July 2023 no one said anything in my exit phone call so why are you not listening to that recording
i have spoken to a consultant on Tuesday and made arrangement, this morning i received another threat of being handed over to the attorneys, I again phoned your institution this morning to ask why you are still threatening to hand me over, i just put the phone down and Capital Debt Collection phoned me, I am being handed over to attorneys because you were *********** to inform me that I owed you money 4-5 months ago who keeps you accountable when you hand people over to attorneys that dont know they owe you money, these handing over affects a persons credit score but you dont care, because its doesnt affect you.
