Excellent advise and guidance to a healthy future
I would like to say thank you Jasmin for a wonderful chat. Being a mom of 3 boys I tend to forget about "me" all the time. My main focus is always my boys, but after chatting to you it made me realise that I too matter and in order to take care of my family I need to be healthy. Thank you once again for your excellent advise and guidance looking forward to a great healthy journey ahead
