Dont threaten customers!!!

I received their vitamins but had received another gifted multivitamin a few days prior and I advised would like to cancel IPS as I do not want to take 2 different brands.

I literally felt like the lady who called me wanted to fight with me about cancelling telling me to take the Calmag as no other vitamin can have all the benefits their vitamins have..and then almost threatening me that I will never get the benefits and discounts I have now. Talk about not knowing how to build rapport with customers.

Its my choice and my money..
