DEDUCT MONEY AND SEND GOODS WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I recieved a phone call about two months ago to ask if I want to purchase another six month supply of the Multi Vitamin tables and I said now as I am taking prescribed medicine for the next six months and are not allowed to take anything else with these. They are deducting money from my banking account monthly and I only realized this last month. I tried to get hold off them telephonic ally but no phone numbers on any off the paperwork I have ever received from them. On the 30th July the couriers delivered yet another 6 months supply from them and unfortunataly someone else took this on my behalf from the couriers. I then phoned all over to obtain a telephone number for them. I phoned them and they said their cancellation department will be in touch with me within 24 hours. In the meantime I did not make provision for this deduction and they just have this don't care attetude.
