DEBIT ORDERS TAKEN WITHOUT CONSENT

My account was debited without my consent - The call centre number keeps on dropping when you phone. According to the bank reference codes are used when debicheck mandates is done. I can't reverse or stop this debit order without contacting IPS - I had the same problem two days ago with Platinum Life doing exactly the same.
