Debit order / membership

I spoke to a consultant last week and he said he is going to send me a sample of products. To my surprise they sent me a full package and only now I see that I'm supposed to be paying a debit order of R435 we never agreed on a debit order or a transaction of some sort he just said it's a voucher that is valid for a year so please cancel the membership I didn't agree to join.
