Complaint

This is the second time that there has been an unauthorized debit order from my account. I consider this ***** and if I do not have my money back in my account by the end of the day, I will take the matter further and report it to the newspapers and will see my legal representative to take further actions. REF: ********** 7

Serious disciplinary action should be taken against the individual whom authorizes debit orders without the customers consent.This is totally unacceptable and I will seriously take further action if I do not have my funds by the end of the day. I do not care about your procedure and if someone has to deposit it into my account, but it better be done.
