Complain about IPS
I'm not happy with IPS health and wellness because they are busy taking my money but I have never received anything and really it ****ing me coz I'm a student and they are busy eating money for nothing.I'm super disappointed. I don't want it anymore please help

As mentioned telephonically, the system will always wait for the first successful payment and the payments could never deduct successfully from your account, thus the reason why the package was never sent out.
