Cancellation to no avail.

I spoke to a consultant initially called Keagan Hendriks from IPS Health & Wellness on the 2022/04/19, telling me about this wonderful product for women and how it will benefit me health wise, it sounded amazing. I receive the package a week ago but didnt expect such a big box as he told me that he is only sending me a sample to try and if I dont like it he will sent the courier to collect. I was not informed that it will be a year supply of products.

I then received a sms from courier , they delivered it but I didnt sign for it , they just allowed someone else to sign for it, this is unacceptable. Anyhow, I called in the next day to cancel this order, but then the consultant told me that she will get someone to call me , till now I have not received a single call from anyone from your company,

Then I emailed they say they called but there is no f*&@# calls, what will it take for me to just have this damn thing cancelled off honestly, if I get debited for this product that is just lying and taking dust at my house that I want to be collected then I will take this further that HP.

I want this resolved ASAP... I am tired of waiting for someone to assist, I want a supervisor to call me .
