Automatically signed up to a subscription without consent
My mom got a free gift from Platinum Life to order off the website as a voucher. About a week later she got a call from a gentleman who spoke about the products and then without agreeing to anything he signed her up for a 6 or 8 months plan and it was delivered. How does the return process work?
