Unhappy customer.

Seems like I had a similar experience to others here. Paid a deposit for relining work to be done to my fibreglass pool, I was told that an epoxy lining would be ideal. I then had all my 35k litres of water dumped in the drain as it "couldn't be stored". Then after feeling uncomfortable with the project, politely asked asked to cancel the job and have a portion of my deposit paid back to me, and that didn't happen as there is fine print on the quote that says deposit s can't be paid back... They did 4 hours of work.

After consulting with pool experts, I am very thankful that I didn't let this company touch my pool as it would have been an absolute disaster.

Do your research and trust your gut. Go with a pool company that is recommended by the NSPI.
