Paid for Quotes but Response

I contacted Chris at IPR Pool Renovations for written quotes for the purpose of submission for insurance due to damage on my pool. He required a call-out fee of R450 which I paid and promised reports would be sent by end of day. It has now been 5 days since, he has not sent me my proof of receipt for the payment or the quotes and seem to since being paid for the call-out has stopped responding to messages.

It would seem I have been taken for a fool while further damage is being experienced due to delays.

This company does not seem to be trustworthy, so be careful.
