Avoid IPR Pools and Chris at all costs. The negative reviews online are absolutely true, and unfortunately we only realised this after it was too late.

Chris came across as convincing and trustworthy in the beginning, making all the right promises and assurances. He told us the pool would be completed by the end of February, yet after more than two months of delays during summer, the job was only “finished” in mid-April. We remained patient the entire time and never pressured him, despite excuse after excuse.

The workmanship is shocking. The pool is now leaking badly and we are losing water, which clearly shows how rushed and poorly the work was done. Instead of taking accountability, Chris constantly lies, gives endless stories, and then becomes defensive and upset when questioned about legitimate concerns.

To make matters worse, he demanded his final payment before the work was even completed, and because we trusted him, we paid him in full. Once he had all the money, the quality of work and communication became even worse.

Looking back now, the negative reviews were a warning sign we should have listened to. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay far away from IPR Pools and Chris.
