Extremely poor workmanship and costly consequences

My experience with IRP Pools Chris has been extremely disappointing. Due to leaks caused by poor workmanship, I was forced to drain my pool twice, which is unacceptable and wasteful. Despite raising these issues, they were not properly resolved.

As a result, I now have no choice but to redo the pool with another company, which will cost me additional money to fix the mess left behind. What should have been a straightforward project has turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal.

Communication was poor throughout, timelines were missed, and accountability was lacking or non-existing. Overall, this has been a very expensive lesson. I would not recommend IRP Pools to anyone looking for reliable or professional pool construction, finishing or repairs.
