STILL NO SOLUTION

My report from the 8th of October refers. After my previous report, I was called by Ashraf and Andrew and even got a visit from one of the managers. All of them promised the same thing - better service. STILL, to this day, our phones are NOT working. We have asked them nicely to come and take this system from our premises, but still no one responds to what we are saying. We are going to take out this system and throw it in the dustbin and stop our debit order at the bank. We have consulted our attorney and if need be, further steps will be taken within the next week to get this sorted out. My husband have spoken to Ashraf and Andrew AGAIN and AGAIN we were told that it will be sorted and we will get a phone call back, but (SURPRISE, SURPRISE) nothing!!!
