STILL no service

<p>After months and months of struggling to sort out our line problems with IP Solutions, it was fixed. NOW we have another issue with them and again we get no response. I was told to invoice IP Solutions as soon as I get the "remainder of contract" invoice from Huge Telecom. I have sent the first invoice to Ashraf on the 15th of February. On this email he rep**** that we will get payment between the 1st and 10th of March. I sent through the second invoice on the 24th of February. On the 1st of March I received an email from him stating "I will urgently look into this and revert back to you with feedback". This was the very last email that I received from him. On the 29th of March I emailed again telling him that I have not received reimbur*****t yet and that Huge Telecom has debited the total amount from my bank account. No reply. On the 11th of April I emailed him again and still no reply. I have tried phoning on his cell, but never gets an answer. I need this sorted out ASAP.</p>
