STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Lots of empty promises! We bought the system for both our branches is June/July 2014. They said in writing that we have a five year warranty/maintenance plan, but since end of last year when we had problems they referred us to another company in Witbank that apparently took over their contracts. But now we have to pay for all labour, travel and parts!! The second problem is that the would have settled an existing cellphone contract we had with another company so that we can go over to their supplier (Huge Telecom). The settlement amount was +- R37,000, which they never paid and we had to pay that contract till the end (as well as Huge Telecom). We handed them over to our attorneys for collection of the R37,000 and they admitted that they owe us the money and after many promises that they will pay us nothing happened. Our attorneys continued to issue summons, but this is the reply from the Deputy Sheriff: On 02-Feb-2018 at 12:10 this process was dealt with as follows by DEPUTY SHERIFF W PETERSEN: PONGOLA FILE COPY Notice in terms of RULE 8 ACT 32/44 (MAGISTRATE'S COURTS) *1802/258* ON THIS 2nd day of February 2018 AT 12:10 I ATTEMPTED TO SERVE THE SUMMONS IN THIS MATTER UPON IP SOLUTIONS - SA GROUP (PTY) LTD. HOWEVER, I ASCERTAINED THAT THE DEFENDANT HAS LEFT THE GIVEN ADDRESS. MEDIA MARK - NEW TENANT. Ip Solutions was telephonically contacted by our attorneys but the refuse to supply their physical address!!!
