Poor communicating communications company with sneaky contracts

salesman came to me. pabx discussed at R1885 a mont. then becaused I requested a extra unit. it became 2277.57/m. CRS phoned and I wrote down that amount as agreed on a previous call. after installation a creepy little rep came in for about 200 signatures and I asked if it is the R2277.57 as only cost and as I was busy I signed. then first account and second account with 115 days had an extra R399 on it. I phoned both times and was promised it will be removed. I asked for a written confirmatiom more than once. they don't ****** care! They got their sale and bonus. So to all businesses out there. please watch out. they targeting Doctor's practices now!
