NO RESPONSE FROM CEO

My previous complaints refer.<br> An email was sent on the 11 of November to the CEO (SID SRIVASTAVA) and to date, no response. There was a technician here just now, to replace our current system with a BRAND NEW one, but ..... it isn't working either! The tech took it with him now to replace with another one.<br> I am at my witt's end here and do not know what I can do anymore. We want this system removed NOW and our contract made redundant NOW.
