More interested in gaining new clients than servicing existing ones!!

<p>IP Solutions representatives came to our offices early this year and made the most amazing promises, so we signed with them. On installation we advised them that we are a financial services provider and are required by law to have a recording system that works 100%. After the installation I immediately noticed that the recording system only catches random calls on random days and I have sent numerous mails advising the company that the system is not working. Recently when their reps visited our offices again (to try and sell more products) I pointed out that the system is still not working properly and they promised to send someone asap to fix this. It has been more than a month and still no response. This is seriously NOT the type of service they promised me before getting me to sign with them.</p>
