Huge telecoms settlement not paid

I was approached by IP Solutions telling me they are changing their provider from Huge telecoms to Daisy connect. There was nothing explained about settlements with Huge telecoms etc. On demand by IP Solutions i signed a letter to Huge telecoms to cancel my agreements with them. In July 2015 Huge telecoms billed me R76,458.75 for the settlement. I phoned Ashraf Ross at IP Solutions and he instructed me to invoice IP Solutions for the amount. I did so and on 3 July 2015 i was promised this by Ashraf, quoting from a e-mail sent by him : \I have, and payment has been loaded for Monday.\" I am still waiting for payment and is now being threatened with legal action from Huge telecoms. Ashraf always make the same excuses and never get back to me. I am fed up with this now."
