DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BIG COST SAVING *******

IP Solutions dropped into our office in October 2014 to market their Samsung telephone system. However the salesperson left a lot of costs out of his presentation. It boiled down to pay Telkom for line rental and reduced call costs through IP Solutions. But to have these call savings you have to purchase a Samsung PABX Telephone system. However the salesperson omitted to inform us that you pay a line rental for each outgoing line. So you now pay Telkom for line rentals because you are still using their lines for incoming calls and you pay a 36 month contract to IP Solutions for line rentals for the outgoing lines, Added to that you also have a 60 month contract to pay off on the PABX system. Included were 2 FREE driver phones which allows calls free calls between office and driver. However omitted from the presentation was that these also have a monthly subscription fees. So our costs went from R 1900 monthly to R3400 monthly. The only thing that we could change to try lower the costs was to return the driver phones but still have not received the credit, yet we are being billed every month for them. If an IP representative comes to your door, DON'T LET THEM IN!
