CCTV Cameras

IP Solutions installed a CCTV camera system in our premises March 2017. From day one there was problems. Several complaints was logged , but with no response. 4 Months later a technician was eventually sent and we were told that our DVR unit is faulty due to electrical failure and is therefore not under warranty. After several unsuccessful calls to their head office, daily calls, e-mails to head of departments and trying to get hold of the CEO of the company nothing has been done. We contacted a local company that installs the same equipment to determine if this part is still under warranty, but they weren't able to find out from their suppliers through the serial numbers if its under warranty. It looks like IP Solutions uses grey products that have no guarantee as the part serial numbers is not on the system.
