BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

<p>IP Solutions installed cctv cameras on our premises in January 2017.</p> <p>In March 2017 the transformer box broke. We reported the fault. They only came out on the 20th of April 2017. ( the Thursday before Easter weekend). they left the premises after they told us the transformer box was broke. I already told them over the phone that the box was broken so that they could bring the box along.</p> <p>They sent us a quote on 24/04/2017 for the costs of the box. They told us it was our fault that the box was broken due to heavy weather ( there was no bad wearther since January) of power failures (there was none for a whole month prior to the damage.)</p> <p>At long last we made the payment on the 12th of May 2017, seeing that we had a brake in and some money was ****** and 13 truck tyres, and they will not take responsibility for the faulty box. It is now 10 days later and noboby has came back to me and told me when the new box is going to be installed. In fact nobody knows anything about it......</p> <p>The service is really, really, really BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
