Bad customer service

We used to make use of Huge Telecoms for our telephone systems in our dental practice. In the beginning of 2017 IP Solutions came and we decided to change our system. They were suppose to cancel and pay the outstanding amount at Huge Telecoms. Till this day we are paying for IP Solutions and Huge Telecoms. They never cancelled the system. If I phone IP Solutions the people suppose to help me is always in a meeting or not available. I phoned again on Tuesday 08/08/2017 and spoke to Nick and he told me that he will make sure that Ashraff will phone me back on Thursday 10/08/2017. When I phoned again today 17/08/2017 both of them is still not available and according to the receptionist there is no one I can talk to to lodge a complaint. Please can someone help me????
