Almost 2 years and they are unable to finalize the contract that they took over.

It is almost 2 years that IP solutions is unable to settle the Service Level Agreements they took over from our previous service provider. I sent e-mail after e-mail after e-mail. No reply, not even after I copied all my e-mails to the CEO. I phoned and phoned and phoned. They are unable to give me feedback. They are always in meetings or does not bother to phone me back. I will never do business with them again. As soon as my contract expire or even if our attorneys will be able to help ending the contract, we will never ever do business again an advice everybody to take extreme caution doing business with them.
