2 night 3 guys: no payment

TFA direct also go under the name IP-group. They are a company installing telecommunication systems for businesses. In May a lady named Shelly made a booking for 3 nights for two guys to stay at out B&B. She would send proof of payment asap. It never happened. I found their number on google and started calling them daily. Shelly told me that Bianca is the one to make the payments and that I can only contact her via email. so I send emails and phoned daily. The only result was that they blocked our numbers: so we can only send emails, and they do not answer the emails at all. Someone has to do something!! I am even considering contacting the head office of the IP-group overseas. I notice that there are a number of reviews on hallopeter complaining about the same issue! And I notice that clients also complain under their name TFA- direct.... apparently it seems that they change their name and continue with their schemes. STOP THEM please!!!??
