System Mechanic deducting funds without consent

I had system mechanic for 1 year and no improvement seen, after the year they deducted a renewal without contacting me to see if I wanted to extend<br> And while trying to email them a number of times, all I get is a computer generated response saying they want to contact, giving them my cell number they never do
